A 23-year-old Albanian man has been handcuffed by the Montenegrin authorities after allegedly injuring a compatriot of his last night near the Gorica hill in Podgorica. The young man was identified by the initials EB and was arrested in Podgorica between the Blazov and Viseci bridges.
