Ajola Xoxa appeared today at the Special Prosecution Office, following the mandatory appearance measure.
The wife of the Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, is under investigation by SPAK for passive corruption, money laundering and concealment of assets and is being investigated under the measure of compulsory reporting.
Meanwhile, Erion Veliaj today seeks release from Durrës detention, where he has been held since February 10, at the Special Court of Appeal. Veliaj's hearing begins at 2:00 PM, as the case will be reviewed by Judge Engert Pëllumbi.
