One of the most viral photos of Edi Rama's career is this moment captured in 1993-1994, where he is shown eating pasta.
It was shot by photojournalist Armando Babani, who first discovered the story behind the viral photo.
Invited to Top Channel, he revealed that they had been to an exhibition together, and then had food together, at a table with many people.
He said that at this moment when Rama chose to consume the pasta, his shot came naturally, although they did not think it would go so viral.
